    Primary Storage - Permission denied error


    Follow this KB if you experienced issue with mounting your Primary Storage using SMB protocol and the system returns a "permission denied" error.


    The reasons can be multiple :

    • Verify the credential used, username and password
    • It is also be possible that you have to specify the domain if the user is Active Directory Based. The option is domain=xxxxx
